With over 15 years of teaching experience worldwide, Barbra knows how to present the teachings of yoga in a way that makes them accessible to everyone.
On this retreat she will guide you through simple yet effective asana sequences, each with a physical focus, so that you can develop your own home practice.
Each class will be supported by a philosophical concept. Barbra will share well known ideas from the yoga tradition that continue to provide wisdom and insights for us today – the greatest hits of yoga.
After this retreat you will be able to integrate the philosophy and practices of yoga into your daily life.
This retreat is suitable for all levels. However, beginners should be fit and have no current injuries.

Barbra is a certified Anusara® yoga teacher and co-founder of an innovative and intelligent system of yoga, Ayurveda and bodywork: ThaiVedic Yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2000. Her classes are physically challenging, mentally stimulating, and emotionally uplifting. Her warmth, humour and love for yoga will inspire you to new heights.
Originally from Australia, Barbra trained as a dancer in her hometown of Melbourne and performed for many years in European theatres. Now based in Munich/Germany, she travels internationally to teach workshops, trainings and retreats.
Barbra is passionate about sharing the transformational techniques of yoga and supporting students in their quest to discover and live their full potential. Her book “Yoga – mit Kraft und Anmut Leben” (Theseus Publishers) was published in 2015.
