For many years, I ran 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings in Munich, Germany. After 35 years in Europe, I moved closer to my home country, Australia, to start a new life in Bali.
I now return to Munich twice a year to co-teach a 200-hour Anusara Yoga teacher training and to lead advanced modules within the 300-hour program at YAM – Yoga Ausbildung München. In Switzerland, I am also a guest teacher at AIRYOGA Zürich, where I teach modules for their 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training.
In my new home of Ubud, Bali, I teach at the international yoga hub, The Yoga Barn. Here, I offering classes, workshops and trainings.
A special focus of my work is a training I developed to support women’s health and wellbeing: Women’s Holistic Self-Care.
Barbra is an internationally recognized yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience, who loves to share her passion for health, healing, and personal growth. In Europe, she is established as a leading educator for yoga teachers. In addition to her highly regarded 200-Hour Anusara Yoga teacher training, she leads 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training modules and is the co-founder of a healing system that integrates yoga, Ayurveda, and Thai bodywork: ThaiVedic.
She recently relocated to Bali, where she will be launching new yoga trainings and immersive programs focusing on Structural Yoga Therapy, Yoga and Ayurveda, Therapeutic Alignment, and Yogic Self-Care.
