Immerse Yourself In The Heart Of The Practice

How would it be to look at life and yoga through the eyes of a Tantrika?
How vibrant would it feel to be human if breath, body and heart were pulsating in unison?
How fragrant would the dawn be, if we could taste all the flavours of life from the bitter to the sweet, simply by allowing a highly intelligent and benevolent energy to guide us?

This is what Barbra and Soham would like to explore with you on this retreat at the stunning village resort Desa Seni in Canggu, Bali.

Barbra’s morning Anusara Yoga class will support you in finding your optimal alignment for a joyful and juicy asana practice that leads you into a deep appreciation of who you are. Carried by heart themes, her classes are intended to give you an embodied experience of the philosophical concepts that Soham will present.

Soham will delight you with his unique humour as well as his indepth knowledge of tantric philosophy and Sanskrit scripture. His lectures will enrich you as he shares ancient wisdom that is perfect for modern yogis.

Both teachers will guide you in a silent, early morning ritual of prayama and meditation. Restorative Yoga with Soham or Asana Clinic with Barbra will close the day.

Additional to a stunning schedule of yoga and philosophy classes, this program gives you options for meals together, connection with community and time for yourself.

Food Heaven Bali

Bali has some of the best cafes and restaurants in the world. Particularly for modern, vegan and plant-based cuisine, you will be in heaven. In Canggu, you will find a range of high quality, international food options that range from vegan/vegetarian/plant-based to non-vegan/meat/fish and beach bar cocktails.

Due to the exceptional high value and high quality options that make Bali unique, we have chosen not to include meals in the yoga package. Instead you are free to create your own “foodie holiday”.

There is one welcome brunch at Desa Seni included in the yoga package for us to all get to know each other on the first day. After that, you have options.

You are free to make use of the wonderful restaurant onsite at Desa Seni. Alternatively you can leave the resort to go out and explore the nearby cafes and restaurants.

We will provide you with a list of suggestions and Barbra’s personal recommendations in the PDF you will receive from us, “Barbra’s Bali Guide”.

Please calculate the following for your holiday budget:

Expect to pay IDR 100,000 – 200,000 (EUR 7 – 13) for a vegetarian meal with a non-alcoholic drink.
Add IDR 100,000 (EUR 7) for meat/fish. Add IDR 150,000 – 200,000 (EUR 9 – 13) for one glass of wine/cocktail.

The Yoga Shala at Desa Seni
